Mossy Yarn

I was rather wild in April and bought 5 skeins of yarn (4 of them were linen). So my latest purchase was Watercolours and Lace’s hand dyed BFL lace yarn. Colour is called Mossy Mystery, which I find rather fitting. :)

Cute wrapping is always nice touch. There was also a cute stitch marker that came with the skein. My first thought: OMG How can avoid losing this little thing! D:

I’m use this skein for a shawl… because apparently I can’t have too many of those… Shawl is the new bag for me and to quote myself “Yarn is new Alan Rickman”. (Apologises for weird “jokes”, they do amuse me though.) Anyway I’ve been already pondering what would be the pattern for this yarn. First one that caught my attention was Ann Lundblad’s Fagus, which I think is simple looking but rather clever leaf shawl. Also because how it’s supposed to be knit, pattern is fairly flexible depending on how much you have yarn and what weight it is.

Seeeee! It’s mossy!
